Job summary

Shun Tak Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced professional to oversee E&M design review, shop drawings and supervision of E&M construction. The role requires leading testing/commissioning procedures, contract reviews, and value management for large-scale building services projects.

Candidates should hold a degree in mechanical or building services engineering, be HKIE/CIBSE/IMechE qualified, and bring 5+ years of relevant experience, including familiarity with high-end hotel

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services engineering or related.
• HKIE/CIBSE/IMechE membership or equivalent.
• 5+ years of design and installation management for large-scale building services.
• Hotel experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Putonghua).
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills; excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Able to work under pressure; frequent travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Outline and manage procedures for testing and commissioning.
• Check generic specifications, base systems and material requirements.
• Review and monitor contracts of building services installation.
• Coordinate and participate in value management and buildability studies.
