Job summary

Hip Hing Construction Co Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support the Architecture Services Department. You will review and manage BIM models, QA checks, and maintain BIM databases with the project team, under the Project Manager's supervision.

The role requires hands-on experience with BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD) and knowledge of CDE workflows; you will coordinate with the BIM Supporting Team, maintain object libraries, and prepare KPI-related workbooks and deliverables for

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent with relevant construction experience.
• Higher Diploma in Architectural Studies or equivalent with relevant construction experience.
• 8 years relevant construction experience; or CIC-certified BIM Coordinator with practical BIM experience.
• Min 2 years’ BIM practical experience; familiar with BIM workflows and CDE.

Responsibilities

• Review and check the BIM design and construction models and manage BIM databases.
• Carry out quality assurance checks and share observations with the project team.
• Coordinate with BIM Supporting Team to align with latest BIM guides and standards.
• Maintain a library of BIM objects and elements and oversee BIM deliverables.
• Coordinate KPI workbooks for BIM and review adoption effectiveness.
