Job summary

Protiviti Hong Kong is seeking a senior delivery lead to drive banking transformation programs, including new systems, platform migrations and operating model changes. You will oversee scope, plans, milestones, budgets and risk management across multiple markets.

You will gather business requirements, translate them into technology solutions, coordinate testing, data migration and go-live readiness, and run governance forums with senior stakeholders and vendor partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years proven track record delivering financial services projects such as migrations, new system rollouts, onboarding, or operational transformation.
• Strong domain knowledge across securities services including custody, fund services, asset servicing, settlement, corporate actions, client onboarding or investment operations (preferred).
• Hands-on experience managing requirements, testing, data migration, implementation and go-live activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Business, Operations, Product and Technology.
