Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd seeks an accomplished project/program manager to own and drive end-to-end delivery of strategic digital/technology initiatives. The role partners with sponsors and PMO to develop business cases, track progress, manage budgets and coordinate vendor delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in consulting, operations or project/program management—preferably in financial services, insurance or banking.
• Experience delivering large, complex digital/technology change projects and working with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with Agile principles; proactive, innovative problem solver.
• Strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end project delivery for strategic initiatives (initiation to deployment).
• Work with sponsors and stakeholders to develop business cases and secure approvals.
• Provide hands‑on project management for assigned initiatives; track progress, finances, risks and issues.
• Report program status to senior management and PMO (steering committees, EXCO/SPSC).
• Manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Run vendor sourcing (RFP, SOW) and manage vendor/outsourced delivery teams.
• Identify risks and dependencies across projects and implement timely mitigations.
• Manage change control and obtain required technical clearances before production launch.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Liaise internally with Business, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology Risk, Finance and PMO.
• Engage externally with vendors and outsource partners; negotiate contracts and review performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years’ experience in consulting, operations or project/program management—preferably in financial services, insurance or banking.
• Experience delivering large, complex digital/technology change projects and working with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with Agile principles; proactive, innovative problem solver.
• Strong written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
