We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Project Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a key driver of project management from development to implementation process of IT projects for sectors including government, public and enterprise sectors.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimations.
• Manage all aspects of project activities involved.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Lead and manage a team in the provision of technology solutions to end-users to meet expected requirements.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong IT knowledge and a solid technical background are essential.
• Hands-on IT project experience in SI, government or public sector projects is required.
• At least 8 years of project management with at least 2 years’ experience in managing large scale and complex projects.
• Good understanding and execution of project with different project management methodology, including but not limited to waterfall and agile.
• Experience in implementing projects with development of mobile applications and/or digital products.
• Holder of certificate of PMP or proficiency in PRINCE.
• Strong commitment to quality work and project timeline.
• Team player with positive attitude.
• Self-motivated, independent, well-organized and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
