Apricot Medical Technology Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end client implementations and integrations. You will work with clinic leadership, hospital admins, and enterprise stakeholders, coordinating with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
The role reports to the founder/leadership and offers a high-visibility path to shape PM practices as the company scales across healthcare clients in Hong Kong. Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of client implementation and integration projects — from kickoff through go-live and beyond. You'll work directly with clinic leadership, hospital administrators, and enterprise stakeholders, as well as our internal product, engineering, and customer success teams, to keep complex, multi-stakeholder projects on track.
This is a highly visible role reporting directly into the founder/leadership team, with significant scope to shape how project management is done at Apricot as we scale.
Own project delivery end-to-end: planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting for client implementation and integration projects
Act as the primary point of contact for client-side stakeholders, building trusted relationships with decision-makers and day-to-day operational contacts alike
Proactively identify bottlenecks and resourcefully pull in the right people, information, or resources — internally or externally — to keep projects moving
Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align on scope, timelines, and dependencies
Manage multiple concurrent projects of varying scale, from smaller clinic rollouts to complex, multi-phase implementations for large multi-disciplinary groups
Produce clear, professional project documentation — plans, status reports, meeting minutes, risk logs — in both English and Chinese as needed
Set and manage expectations with clients on timelines, scope changes, and risks, escalating early and constructively when needed
Contribute to building out Apricot's PM playbook, tools, and processes as our first dedicated PM hire
Must-haves:
Proven project management experience with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects on time — ideally in a client-facing, implementation, or systems delivery context
Excellent stakeholder management skills — a natural ability to build rapport with client stakeholders at all levels, and the resourcefulness to unblock projects when things stall
Excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English — strong written English is a must, as you'll be producing client-facing documentation and communicating with international and MNC stakeholders
Strong advantages:
Experience or domain knowledge in healthcare and/or software project development and implementation
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. PMP-aligned practices, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar)
Experience managing projects involving system integrations (e.g. APIs, EDI, third-party platforms) or multi-stakeholder rollouts
Be the Project Manager at Hong Kong's leading CMS platform, at a pivotal growth stage
Work directly with the founder and leadership team, with real influence over how PM practices are built from the ground up
Exposure to a wide range of stakeholders — from solo practitioners to listed healthcare groups to insurers and MNC partners
A lean, fast-moving team where your work has direct, visible impact
The opportunity to help shape Hong Kong's healthcare data infrastructure
Hirer responsiveness Salary match Number of applicants
