Support the Innovation Hub in driving breakthrough and continuous improvement initiatives across Business Units. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and promote innovative products, processes, and business solutions that contribute to the Group’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of innovation and R&D projects, including experiments, testing, and data analysis.
- Provide experimental design and statistical support to SMEs and project teams.
- Coordinate material sourcing, supplier trials, and sample procurement for innovation projects.
- Conduct technical and laboratory testing in line with internal and customer standards.
- Research market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to identify innovation opportunities.
- Support the development of new product, process, automation, and business model innovations.
- Collaborate with Business Units, factories, suppliers, and external research partners to drive innovation initiatives.
- Assist in developing and delivering technical training to strengthen innovation capabilities across teams.
- Prepare trial reports, evaluate manufacturability and market potential, and share findings with relevant stakeholders.
- Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and alignment with company values, while supporting team and personal development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Chemistry, Garment Technology, Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Materials Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in R&D, product development, innovation, manufacturing, or technical project execution in textiles or garments.
- Experience in factory chemical management execution of MRSL, PRSL and ZDHC Supplier-to-Zero will be a plus.
- Exposure in related sustainable projects in manufacturing or textile industry is a definite advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
