Job summary

Eugene Engineering is seeking a Project Engineer / Assistant Project Engineer to manage service, overhaul and modernization lifts and escalators projects in Kowloon. The role involves planning, monitoring, and delivering projects on time and within budget while coordinating with clients, EMSD, subcontractors and site staff.

The candidate should have a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years in lift/escalator project management. Overtime is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Electrical / Mechanical or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience in project management of lift and escalator industry.
• Self-motivated, independent, good time management and communication skills.
• Overtime works required.

About the role

Project Engineer / Assistant Project Engineer responsible for project management of service, overhaul and modernization lifts and escalators projects.

Key responsibilities

• Planning, monitoring and performing projects on target time and within budget
• Assist to leading and supervise service/overhaul / modernization team in carrying out the project plan
• Prepare project documentation for various submissions and updating the working program and reporting
• Attend meetings and communication with clients, EMSD, sub-contractors and front-line staff for site work and program
• Develop and maintain good relationship with clients and related parties

About you

• Degree or above in Electrical / Mechanical or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience in project management of lift and escalator industry.
• Less experiences candidate would be considered as Asst. Project Engineer.
• Self-motivated, independent, good time management, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Overtime works required.
