Job summary

Rec-Engineering-Co-Ltd in Hong Kong seeks an experienced project manager for electrical/building services in railway and infrastructure projects. You will plan, coordinate, supervise sites and drive project success from planning through delivery, interfacing with clients, main contractors and consultants.

The role requires a Bachelor in Electrical or Building Services, a HKIE-validated status or equivalent, 10–15 years of relevant experience and fluency in English, Chinese and Mandarin, with

Qualifications

Bachelor level degree in Electrical or Building Services.
Registered Electrical Worker of grade B or above.
10–15 years of experience in managing railway or infrastructure projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Applications.
Strong English, Chinese and Mandarin language skills; good interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, supervise on-site and manage projects end-to-end.
Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants, direct contractors and sub-contractors.
Attend interface meetings and workshops.
Prepare interfacing documents and meeting notes.
Participate in other tasks as assigned.

Job description

Responsibilities

Requirements

Degree or above in Electrical or Building Servcies discipline;
Qualified by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, or other equivalent and approved internationally accredited institution;
A minimum of 10 -15 years of experience in managing railway or infrastructure projects;
Registered Electrical Worker of grade B or above;
Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Applications etc.;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and Mandarin;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Proactive, highly motivated, a good team player;
Able to work under pressure and meet tight working schedule
