Job summary

ATAL Engineering Group in Hong Kong is looking for an Assistant Project Engineer / Project Engineer (NI/MOD) to monitor lift and escalator projects, prepare technical documents, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering, familiarity with AutoCAD, and the ability to work under pressure; more experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Project Engineer role.

Qualifications

Degree or above in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
1–2 years' relevant experience in elevator/escalator industry; fresh graduates welcome.
Familiar with AutoCAD.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Senior Project Engineer may be considered for more experience.

Responsibilities

Monitor the project progress in new installation & modernization projects to ensure project completion within time frame and budget.
Prepare technical documentation and project submission.
Liaise with clients, architects, builders, sub-contractors and front-line staff for site works coordination.
Collaborate with suppliers and the factory to manage product specifications and procurement activities.
