Tai Sang Land Development Limited is seeking a Senior Facilities/Building Services Manager in Hong Kong to lead maintenance, repair, and A&A projects for a large industrial facility. You will oversee MVAC and E&M installations from award to completion and manage on-site teams and contractors to ensure quality workmanship and project progress.

The role requires a degree in a related field, 7 years of experience, and a strong grasp of EMSD/FSD regulations.

Formación

• Degree or above in Facilities Management/ Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• 7 years' relevant work experience in building repair & maintenance and facilities management or related field.
• Worked in E&M consultant, developer or property management firms will be advantage
• Registered Electrical Worker License “B” Holder or above
• Proficient in AutoCAD, computer skills, speaking and writing English and Chinese
• Well versed with local regulations (EMSD / FSD / Minor Works System)
• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently with good time management

Responsabilidades

• Subordinate contractors on site and check quality and progress of work, to ensure quality workmanship and output
• Support the manager to supervise the on-site facilities management team and service contractors to oversee the daily operation in repairing and maintenance works of a sizable industrial building
• Prepare budget management and cost control documentation
• Any ad-hoc task directed by Manager and Projects & Building Services Department
