Qualifications

• Degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in construction, project management, facilities management, or retail development.
• Professional qualifications like CIOB, HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE, IET, RPE, REW Grade B/C, PMP, RSO are preferable.
• Experience managing multi-site retail portfolios.
• Strong leadership capability with responsibility for large-scale project budgets.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
