Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership Asia in Hong Kong is seeking a Project Director - Retail Development to lead a sizable store development team and drive high-profile retail projects from concept to delivery.

You will oversee execution, establish project controls, and coordinate with designers, contractors and internal stakeholders to enhance store performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of retail store development experience with a proven track record in new store openings and asset enhancement
• Ability to apply creative perspectives to challenges and opportunities
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Results-driven with strong self-initiative and commercial acumen
• Tertiary education in Architecture, Design, Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Tertiary educated in Architecture, Design, Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines
• At least 15 years of retail store development experiences with proven track record in both new store opening and asset enhancement
• Creativity and the ability to apply a new perspective to challenges and opportunities
• Excellent communications and organizational abilities
• Results driven, self-initiative and excellent business acumen
