Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in aircraft maintenance certification.
• Project management experience will be an advantage.
• Proven experience and knowledge in Base Maintenance with strong analytical, problem-solving and operational decision-making skills.
• A valid HKCAD / EASA / CASR / DCAM / CAAS / CAAC / FAA B1.1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance License endorsed with type ratings.
• Holder of HKCAD Cat C license would be an advantage.
• Good command of English.
• Good command of Cantonese or Chinese is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Control daily execution performance against aircraft maintenance schedules, approved plan, milestones, critical path, productivity targets and delivery readiness.
• Monitor and report critical operational constraints to Program Manager, including manpower, material shortages, tooling readiness, equipment readiness, facility access and engineering dependencies.
• Verify agreed priorities and execution plans are being followed by BM trades and support functions, highlight deviations at the earliest opportunity.
• Provide factual project progress, risks, constraints, customer priorities, recovery status and decision requirements to Programme Managers and IOC reviews.
• Coordinate with onsite customer representatives on day-to-day progress, material status, schedule updates, operational issues and recovery actions.
• Escalate safety, quality, operational, productivity, cost or delivery risks requiring Programme Manager or management intervention.
• Support investigations, corrective action tracking, lessons learned capture, reporting improvement and implementation of Base Maintenance transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do
