Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Kowloon, HK, seeks a Senior Aviation Maintenance Lead to oversee base maintenance operations, guide engineers, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of aviation maintenance and/or management experience.
• 8+ years of aircraft base maintenance certification experience.
• Valid HKCAD, EASA, CASA, DCAM, CAAS, CAAC, FAA B1.1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance License with aircraft type ratings.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and guiding engineering and maintenance teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in English for liaising with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment and maintenance processes in compliance with safety requirements.
• Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and operational performance.
• Monitor maintenance activities, processes, materials, and environments, including completion of required administrative tasks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, escalating matters where appropriate.
• Promote teamwork, collaboration, and effective communication across the maintenance team.
• Lead and supervise engineers and mechanics to complete maintenance activities and provide technical guidance when required.
• Conduct investigations into incidents, including internal, regulatory, and workplace safety occurrences, and implement corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in safety training, drills, and the development of safety procedures and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance, traceability, and audit readiness.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong industry knowledge of base maintenance, including airframe and/or avionics operations.
• Minimum 8 years of aircraft base maintenance certification experience.
• Valid HKCAD, EASA, CASA, DCAM, CAAS, CAAC, FAA B1.1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance License with aircraft type ratings.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and guiding engineering and maintenance teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proficiency in English language for liaising with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Advantage

• HKCAD Category C Licence is an added advantage.
