Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment and processes, adhering strictly to established safety protocols and proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Maintain high standards of quality and productivity in the execution of all job tasks, consistently meeting or exceeding established performance targets.
• Monitor processes, materials, or surroundings, and perform administrative activities as required.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, quickly diagnosing and resolving issues that arise, and escalating matters to management when necessary.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
• Lead a team of engineers and mechanics to accomplish assigned tasks, providing technical recommendations or advice to solve problems.
• Conduct departmental investigations of internal, mandatory, or Lost Time Injury occurrences, and collaborate with the Quality and Safety departments to identify and implement preventive actions.
• Participate in regular safety training and drills and contribute to the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation as required, ensuring traceability and compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, and proactively seek opportunities for personal and professional development.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of maintenance / management experience in aviation industry
• Profound industry knowledge in Base Maintenance Airframe/ Avionics
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance certification
• Degree in Engineering or technology disciplines is an advantage
• A valid HKCAD / EASA / CASR / DCAM / CAAS / CAAC / FAA B1.1 or B2 Aircraft Maintenance License endorsed with type ratings
• HKCAD Category C license is preferred
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
