Job summary

Sanbase Interior Contracting Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Site Coordinator to provide daily administrative and project coordination support at the site office. The role involves monitoring safety, progress, and workmanship quality while coordinating with sub-contractors based on confirmed design information.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of on-site fit-out/A&A experience, with English and Cantonese proficiency, and familiarity with reading drawings and MS Office.

Qualifications

• HKDSE or above with 1-2 years of on-site experience in fit-out / A&A works.
• Holder of Certificate in Building Studies is a distinct advantage.
• Holder of a valid Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).
• Familiar with reading technical drawings and using computer software such as MS Office.
• Willing to work overtime/during weekends if necessary.
• Candidates with less experience/qualification will be considered as Site Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and project coordination support to the Project Team at the site office.
• Monitor site safety, work progress and workmanship quality on-site.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors based on confirmed design information.
• Handle the logistic arrangement of the materials to the site.
• Prepare routine daily reports.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.
