Job summary

AESO Limited is seeking a Project Co-ordinator for fitting out and A&A projects in Sheung Wan. This site-based role focuses on coordinating site works, monitoring progress, and maintaining quality to ensure timely completion.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher in Building Studies or Construction Management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, and good English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Building Studies, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of solid experience in fitting out, building, or A&A projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects, including on-site supervision, progress monitoring and quality control.
• Coordinate overall site works and support smooth project delivery.
• Prepare and manage project documentation and correspondence.
• Attend meetings with clients, client representatives, and consultants.
• Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Identify and resolve site issues through effective problem-solving and analysis.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as requested.
