Wing Shing Engineering (HK) Company Limited is seeking a Project Assistant/Coordinator to support interior fitting-out projects. The role involves documentation, site coordination, procurement, and stakeholder communication.

You will prepare progress reports, manage procurements, coordinate site activities, and liaise with vendors and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Strong bilingual communication and AutoCAD skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project coordination in commercial interior fitting-out.
• Familiar with project documentation, submissions, and procurement processes.
• Good communication in Chinese and English; strong coordination skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Independent, responsible, and organized.
• Knowledge of tendering is an advantage.
