Lee Kum Kee Group invites energetic talents to join Project Heha as a part-time administrator supporting workshops and programs in Hong Kong. You will coordinate logistics, prepare data-driven reports, and assist in event planning and vendor outreach.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and fluency in English and Mandarin. Hybrid 20-hour weeks are offered.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end workshop logistics, including venue booking, materials preparation, and participant engagement etc.
Prepare reports by analyzing data for demonstrating program effectiveness and areas for improvement
Assist in event planning, resource coordination, procurement tracking, or basic vendor outreach as needed.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
Higher education in Social Work, Education, Marketing, or related fields
At least 2 years relevant working experience in administrative, customer service, or project support experience
Proficiency in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
Working hours: around 20 hours per week with hybrid working mode
