Job summary

Lee Kum Kee Group invites energetic talents to join Project Heha as a part-time administrator supporting workshops and programs in Hong Kong. You will coordinate logistics, prepare data-driven reports, and assist in event planning and vendor outreach.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and fluency in English and Mandarin. Hybrid 20-hour weeks are offered.

Qualifications

  • Higher education in Social Work, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in administrative, customer service, or project support.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Working hours: around 20 hours per week with hybrid working mode.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end workshop logistics, including venue booking, materials preparation, and participant engagement.
  • Prepare reports by analyzing data for demonstrating program effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in event planning, resource coordination, procurement tracking, or basic vendor outreach as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
