Job summary

HOK in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Architect to lead architectural technical design across projects, with strong Revit proficiency and construction-phase experience. The role requires coordinating with consultants, guiding junior staff, and delivering BIM-rich solutions aligned with client objectives.

The ideal candidate holds a registered architecture license, fluent English, US project exposure, LEED preferences, and a track record of design excellence in international contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of architectural work experience, preferably dealing with Construction phase drawings.
• Registered Architect (HKIA/AIA/RIBA/PRC Equivalent) required.
• Knowledge of architectural construction methodology and building systems required.
• Demonstrable skills in technical design solutions required.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English required.
• US project experience preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred, otherwise LEED AP or GA required within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manages junior staff, reports to Senior Architect and Technical Director regarding progress and performance of projects.
• Reports to Design Director and HOK leadership regarding progress and performance of projects.
