WilkinsonEyre in Hong Kong seeks an Architect/Senior Architect to lead design delivery for APAC projects from concept to completion. You will work with Directors and Design Leaders, head sub-teams, and coordinate with clients and consultants to sustain the practice’s design reputation.

Ideal candidate: Chartered Architect (RIBA/ARB) with 5+ years post-qualification experience, strong design sense, and solid technical detailing.

Qualifications

• Chartered Architect status (RIBA/ARB) or equivalent international registration.
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in an international architectural firm with a track record on medium-to-large APAC developments.
• Strong design sensitivity and technical detailing, with knowledge of building codes and coordination with consultants.
• Proficiency in Revit is highly preferred; familiarity with Rhino, AutoCAD, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills; fluency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin are advantageous.

WilkinsonEyre is looking for an Architect/Senior Architect to join its team in Hong Kong to work on exciting opportunities in the Asia Pacific region.

Working closely with Directors and Design Leaders, you will play a key role in driving high-quality design and project delivery from concept through to completion. You will lead project sub-teams, coordinate with client bodies and consultants, and contribute directly to the practice’s design reputation across APAC.

Requirements

Professional Qualification: Chartered Architect status (RIBA, ARB, or equivalent international registration). Local Hong Kong (HKIA) registration is welcomed but not mandatory.

Experience: 5+ years of post-qualification experience within a recognized international architectural firm, with a strong track record on medium-to-large scale developments in APAC.

Design & Technical Skills: Strong design sensitivity, excellent technical detailing capability, and sound knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and consultant coordination.

Software Capability: Proficiency in Revit is highly preferred; familiarity with Rhino, AutoCAD, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite is required.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills. Fluency in English is essential; Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
