Wafer Systems (Asia) Limited is seeking a Project Administrator to support the Project Manager in daily management and administrative duties for a major public sector systems implementation project.

The role requires coordinating assignments, schedules, meetings, minutes, and cross-department logistics while maintaining project assets and reimbursements. Strong English, Cantonese and Putonghua skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels; proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Self-initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

The role is to assist the Project Manager in the day-to-day project management and administration task of a major public sector systems implementation project. Key tasks include:

Keep track of individual work assignments, deliverable due dates, project status reporting.

Schedule and coordinate meetings. Attend meetings and take professional government minutes.

Coordinate with various internal departments in administrative and logistics matters.

Administration of the project team such as asset management, project materials, project team members reimbursement claimetc.

Assist Project Manager to manage the team’s discipline and team building.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Information Systems or a related discipline

Minimum 3-5 years experience in project coordination, administration, or a related role preferred

Excellent communication skills with all levels, proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail

Excellent inter-personal skills and outgoing character

Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Self initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience in project administration, coordination, or PMO support is an advantage.
