Job summary

Wafer Systems (Asia) Limited is seeking a Project Administrator to support the Project Manager in daily management and administrative duties for a major public sector systems implementation project.

The role requires coordinating assignments, schedules, meetings, minutes, and cross-department logistics while maintaining project assets and reimbursements. Strong English, Cantonese and Putonghua skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels; proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Self-initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in day-to-day project management and administration tasks.
• Keep track of assignments, deliverables due dates, and project status reporting.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings; attend meetings and take professional government minutes.
• Coordinate with internal departments on administrative and logistics matters; manage project assets and materials; handle reimbursements.
• Assist in team discipline and team-building activities.
