Job summary
Standard Chartered is seeking an experienced Programme Manager (ED) to lead a multi-year Financing and Securities Services Operations Transformation across Singapore and Hong Kong. You will drive governance, planning, delivery across operations, technology and risk, and manage stakeholders globally.
The role requires deep experience in large-scale technology programmes ($20m+ USD), with strong CIB Securities Services exposure. A hybrid working model across HK and SG markets is expected.
Qualifications
- Minimum +15 years of experience in banking with Programme Management responsibility.
- Experience managing Agile and waterfall projects across large programmes.
- Strong strategic planning, execution, governance and leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define programme governance and funding requests with stakeholders.
- Mobilise delivery across workstreams with clear roles and accountabilities.
- Lead cross-functional delivery across operations, technology, risk and change teams.
- Manage scope, change, and communications to maximise benefits.
- Track delivery metrics and manage risks, issues and interdependencies.
- Oversee financial governance and benefits realisation for the programme.
