Job summary
Standard Chartered Bank is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to deliver a multi-year Financing and Securities Services Operations Transformation programme. The role will drive governance, planning, stakeholder engagement and technology delivery across global markets, with a focus on efficiency, risk management and client experience.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years in banking, proven ability to manage large-scale tech transformations ($20m+ USD) and strong CIB Securities Services
Qualifications
- Minimum +15 years of overall work experience in banking field, with proven track record in Programme Management role.
- Experience with managing Agile and waterfall projects.
- Strong leadership, governance capabilities and financial acumen.
Responsibilities
- Lead governance forums and ensure adherence to Group standards.
- Define programme vision, milestones and roadmap.
- Mobilise delivery across workstreams with clear roles.
- Track delivery with metrics and take corrective actions.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and change management.
- Deliver technology implementation with CIO and cross-functional teams.
- Manage risks, issues and interdependencies; ensure closure and benefits.
- Oversee financial governance and budgeting for the programme.
- Define reporting standards and surface delivery trends.
