HKUST, Department of Mathematics, invites applications for an administrative and program support role. The appointee will assist with academic program administration, student inquiries, and daily office operations, while supporting faculty on personnel and financial matters.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree, with a preference for at least one year of related experience. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required; Putonghua is an advantage.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; 1+ year relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.
• Strong MS Office skills; attention to detail; able to multitask.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative and program support to the academic department.
• Handle student enquiries and support student activities.
• Assist daily office operations and document processing.
• Support faculty with personnel and financial matters as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
