Job summary

BEEX PTE LTD in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced procurement and production coordinator to oversee sourcing, materials planning, and supplier relations. You will drive ERP-related initiatives, ensure accurate production and inventory workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep operations efficient.

The role requires hands-on inventory control, timely purchase orders, and participation in production scheduling and staff recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and purchase materials, parts, and services, liaising with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and delivery.
• Issue purchase orders and process supplier invoices to ensure timely billing.
• Drive and support ERP implementation, ensuring production, inventory, and procurement workflows are captured in the system.
• Maintain inventory by keeping stock in use, conducting regular stock counts, and organizing inventory locations.
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet timelines, targets, and KPIs.
• Liaise with engineers and Mechanical Engineering on new builds, repairs, and assembly, coordinating technical requirements and timelines.

• Drive and support the ERP project, ensuring production, inventory, and procurement workflows are accurately captured and maintained in them system.
• Maintain inventory by ensuring parts in use are always in stock, conducting regular stock counts, picking and issuing parts to requestors, and keeping inventory locations accurate and organised.
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet timelines, output targets, and KPIs.
• Manage, supervise, and develop the production team, and lead production meetings.
• Screen, interview, and support the hiring of production staff.
• Liaise with engineers and Mechanical Engineering (ME) on new builds, repairs, and assembly, coordinating technical requirements and timelines for smooth production flow.
