Job summary

AEM Singapore Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Transport/Inventory Planner to optimise material flow and production schedules. You will coordinate MRP, release purchase requisitions in Oracle, and ensure on-time deliveries by aligning capacity and lead times with sales orders.

The role requires practical knowledge of inventory management, ERP systems, and continuous improvement of supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in supply chain related field.
• Certification in supply chain or inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create Job Orders for material planning (MRP) to support customer sales order.
• Release Purchase Requisition in the Oracle System per Planned Orders.
• Determine availabilities requirement and adjust according to Sales Work Order changes.
• Review and release Work Orders with sufficient manufacturing lead time per capacity (MPS).
• Generate Clear To Build (CTB) reports/shortages for material status and communicate shortages to stakeholders.
• Commit delivery based on material full kit date and production commitment.
• Support Customer Focus Team on delivery commitment and supply matters.
• Analyse and review inventory levels to identify bottlenecks, shortages, and excess inventory.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators

Job description

Responsibilities

• Create Job Orders for material planning (MRP) to support customer sales order.
• Release Purchase Requisition in the Oracle System per Planned Orders.
• Determine availabilities requirement and adjust/re-adjust in accordance to Sales Work Order changes – pull-in, push-out and cancellation.
• Review and release Work Orders with sufficient manufacturing lead time as per capacity(MPS) and stating the necessary requirements needed - TCN / ECN implementation.
• Generate Clear To Build (CTB) reports/shortages for material status, Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders informing them of any potential materials shortages that could affect the shipment sales schedule.
• Commit delivery based on material full kit date and production commitment.
• Support Customer Focus Team on delivery commitment and supply matters.
• Analyse and review inventory levels to identify and address potential bottle necks, shortages, and excess inventory.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent discipline
• Certification in Supply Chain, Planning, or Inventory Management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) is an added advantage
