Job summary

MMC Success Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Production Supervisor to lead and coach the manufacturing team in Hong Kong. You will manage daily production activities, including scheduling, purchasing, and inventory control, while ensuring quality and compliance with ISO standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to train team members. You will work with cross-functional colleagues to meet targets and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and coach production team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage daily production activities, including purchasing, inventory, stock control and production scheduling.
• Participate actively in end-to-end manufacturing from raw materials to finished product.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery.
• Oversee manufacturing process from material purchasing to handover to warehouse.
• Create, maintain and update SAP records and transactions accurately.
• Maintain and update ISO documentation, records and procedures.
• Support and coordinate internal and external audits with required documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets and schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and coach production team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage daily production activities, including purchasing, inventory, stock control and production scheduling.
• Participate actively in the end-to-end manufacturing process, from raw material preparation to finished product completion.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery.
• Oversee the complete manufacturing process, from material purchasing, withdrawal and issuance through to handover to the warehouse.
• Create, maintain and update SAP records and transactions accurately.
• Maintain and update ISO documentation, records and related procedures.
• Support and coordinate internal and external audits, including the preparation and maintenance of required documentation.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure production targets and schedules are met.
• Perform other duties and assignments as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Requirements

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a high level of integrity.
• Hands-on, proactive and willing to learn new processes and skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and coach team members and handle enquiries from clients and business associates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
