Job summary

Grand Team Technologies Pte Ltd seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure safety and quality compliance. You will lead a team, plan production schedules, coordinate with procurement, logistics and engineering, and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth workflows.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, managing inventories, and implementing cost-saving improvements across manufacturing processes with a 5.5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Developing and implementing daily, weekly and monthly production work orders and schedules.
• Supervising workers to follow plans and procedures to meet targets.
• Coordinating with procurement, logistics and engineering to ensure smooth workflows.
• Monitoring processes to improve efficiency and maintain quality standards.
• Overseeing material inventories and coordinating with procurement for stock.
• Ensuring products meet ISO quality standards and safety regulations.
• Implementing workplace safety strategies and ensuring compliance.
• Ensuring all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Hands-on troubleshooting to resolve equipment or material issues and reduce downtime.
• Managing manpower, equipment, tooling and raw materials to meet objectives.
• Preparing production reports and communicating performance metrics to management.
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Setting and tracking production KPIs and reporting results.
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve production bottlenecks.

• Manage manpower, equipment, tooling, fixtures, and materials.
• Compile production status reports and share with management.
• Identify cost-saving measures and process improvements.
• Track KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve bottlenecks and improve flow.
• Maintain a 5.5-day work schedule and coverage as needed.
