Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a MedTech Sales professional in Hong Kong to drive MD&D product sales to hospital accounts and expand market reach. The role offers commissions and incentives based on performance.

You will promote products within an assigned territory, build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals, and help deliver innovative medical solutions that improve patient outcomes. A strong track record in device sales and surgical exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above; Science or Engineering degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to work long and irregular hours, including weekends.
• 3+ years sales experience in selling medical devices preferred.
• 2+ years experience in surgery preferred.
• Proactive in carrying out tasks and driving sales results.
• Ambitious and passionate about supporting patients and customers in the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and strengthen long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals.
• Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to increase benefits from products and/or services.
• Collaborate on basis components of projects, programs, or processes for sales to healthcare professionals.
• Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
• Perform simple trend analysis and collect customers' feedback on new products and/or existing portfolio to support continuous improvement efforts for the strategy.
• Provide input to sales forecast for business planning.

Job Description:

Responsible for achieving MD&D product sales to new and established hospital accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
