Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in any discipline; Marketing, Finance, Insurance, Statistics or Data Analytics preferred.
• 1–2 years in insurance, with at least 1 year in product development; internships considered.
• Knowledge of life insurance products; exposure to campaign and proposition dev is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools and willingness to apply them.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, implementation, and post-launch monitoring of campaigns and customer propositions.
• Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Perform data analysis and prepare campaign performance tracking and insights for decision-making.
• Leverage visualization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and operations.
• Prepare and review campaign materials, sales support docs, and briefing materials.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment of campaigns.
• Respond to enquiries from distribution channels and stakeholders about campaign mechanics and processes.
• May participate in development or enhancement of insurance products and propositions.
• Assist in ad hoc projects and other business initiatives.
