Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited is seeking a Product Manager for e-banking projects in Hong Kong. You will engage in fund transfers, remittance, bill payments, FX, and online identity verification, while supporting HKMA Open API initiatives and Open API framework implementation.

You will plan and coordinate cross-team efforts, define requirements with IT, assess risk, and contribute to new product analyses for online and mobile banking, including testing and UAT activities.

Qualifications

• University graduate with relevant disciplines including Business, Finance, Management or Computer Science.
• Familiar with e-banking product development and online payment products.
• Knowledge of FPS, HKMA Open API Framework, online FX trading or eKYC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage in fund transfer/remittance/bill payment/foreign exchange/online identity verification related e-banking projects.
• Assist in the implementation of Open API projects under HKMA Open API Framework.

• Develop and manage project schedules to achieve milestones and timelines.
• Assist Team Head in ad hoc assignments.

• Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities of cross teams to deliver e-banking service enhancements in accordance with the department strategic plan


• Define and communicate project requirements with appropriate level of detail with IT and other stakeholders


• Assess and effectively manage compliance, operational, financial and reputational risk associated with e-banking projects


• Propose and analyze new products, conduct competitive analysis and feasibility study on Online Banking and Mobile banking


• Write Test Plans, conduct UAT and provide training to related parties


• Develop and manage project schedule to achieve milestones, deliverables and timeline


• Assist Team Head in ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• University graduate, major in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Computer Science or related disciplines


• Minimum 2 years of banking experience in product management or development of e-banking products


• Sound knowledge in e- banking products development and familiar with online payment products, domestic/ cross border transfer and remittance products


• Ability to work independently and under pressure with efficiency


• Candidate with knowledge on FPS, HKMA Open API Framework Strategy, Online FX Trading, eKYC(Online Customer Identification Tools) is preferable


• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English (including Mandarin and Cantonese)
