Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (ICBC (Asia)) is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee e-banking product development and cross‑team coordination in Hong Kong. You will drive open API initiatives, oversee project plans and ensure regulatory and risk controls are embedded across delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in banking product management for e-banking, strong Chinese and English communication, and the ability to work under pressure to deliver customer‑centric

Qualifications

• University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 2 years banking experience in e-banking product management.
• Knowledge of e-banking product development and online payment products.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
• Familiar with FPS, HKMA Open API Framework, Online FX Trading, eKYC is preferable.
• Strong Chinese and English communication skills (Mandarin and Cantonese).

Responsibilities

• Engage in fund transfer, remittance, bill payment, FX, and e-banking projects.
• Assist in Open API projects under HKMA framework.
• Plan, direct, coordinate cross-team activities to deliver e-banking enhancements.
• Define and communicate project requirements with IT and stakeholders.
• Assess and manage compliance, operational, financial and reputational risk.
• Propose and analyze new products; conduct competitive feasibility studies.
• Write Test Plans, conduct UAT and provide training.
• Develop and manage project schedules to milestones.
• Assist Team Head with ad hoc assignments.

Job Description

• Engage in fund transfer/ remittance/ bill payment/ foreign exchange/ online identity verification related e-banking projects
• Assist in the implementation of Open API projects under HKMA Open API Framework
• Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities of cross teams to deliver e-banking service enhancements in accordance with the department strategic plan
• Define and communicate project requirements with appropriate level of detail with IT and other stakeholders
• Assess and effectively manage compliance, operational, financial and reputational risk associated with e-banking projects
• Propose and analyze new products, conduct competitive analysis and feasibility study on Online Banking and Mobile banking
• Write Test Plans, conduct UAT and provide training to related parties
• Develop and manage project schedule to achieve milestones, deliverables and timeline
• Assist Team Head in ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• University graduate, major in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of banking experience in product management or development of e-banking products
• Sound knowledge in e- banking products development and familiar with online payment products, domestic/ cross border transfer and remittance products
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with efficiency
• Candidate with knowledge on FPS, HKMA Open API Framework Strategy, Online FX Trading, eKYC(Online Customer Identification Tools) is preferable
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English (including Mandarin and Cantonese)
