Job summary

LianLian is seeking a Strategy & Vision focused Product Manager to define the product roadmap in fintech and payments. You will translate customer needs into actionable specs and collaborate across engineering, legal, finance, and risk to ensure timely delivery.

You will engage executives and external partners, shaping go-to-market strategies and technical positioning while championing cross-functional excellence and broad adoption of fintech solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management or Solution Architecture, Fintech/Payments/Financial Services.
• Deep understanding of payments ecosystem: cards networks, acquirers, processors, APMs, and banking rails.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on data tools (SQL, Excel, BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Strategy & Vision:

Define the product vision and long-term roadmap. Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Roadmap Execution:

Translate high-level customer needs into detailed technical specifications, including user stories, epics, and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Partner with Engineering to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Risk to ensure compliance with global standards (PCI-DSS, PSD2, AML/KYC).

Support Marketing and Sales with technical product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as a subject matter expert at industry events. Communicate roadmap progress and technical challenges effectively to executive leadership and external partners.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in Product Management or Solution Architecture, specifically within Fintech, Payments, or Financial Services.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including card networks (Visa/Mastercard), acquirers, processors, APMs, and banking rails (ACH, SEPA, SWIFT).
