Job summary

adidas in Hong Kong is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to ensure accurate product data, pricing, range readiness, and timely operating reporting across the go-to-market cycle. You will support the CTC Lead and cross-functional teams with reliable analysis, system execution, and on-time delivery of range and launch milestones.

Qualifications

• Diploma or university degree in business, merchandising, finance, sales, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in product operations, merchandising operations, sales support, finance operations, or data reporting.
• Ability to process, validate, analyze, and communicate numerical data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely product data, pricing, range readiness, and operational reporting across the GTM cycle.
• Support the CTC Lead and cross-functional teams with reliable analysis and timely milestone delivery.
• Manage product, pricing, and range data uploads, maintenance, and validation across systems.
• Consolidate forecast data and prepare analyses for range reviews, forecasting, and commercial discussions.
• Consolidate orderbook data and produce reporting extracts and channel analyses.
• Prepare documentation for in-season price changes and airfreight requests in line with policies.
• Prepare clear range presentations and materials for internal and external audiences.
• Coordinate day-to-day Product team operational activities in the GTM calendar and flag risks to milestones.
