Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for eCommerce Solutions to lead compliance, enrollment of card schemes, and SMB-focused payments features. You will drive conversion, manage tokenization and fraud controls, and collaborate with global teams across a dynamic payments platform.

You’ll leverage REST APIs, SQL, and agile practices to deliver regulatory and business initiatives while supporting merchants’ onboarding and growth in Asia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payments product management or delivery experience.
• Experience in card-not-present (CNP) payment environments.
• Ability to interpret card scheme bulletins and assess impacts on platforms and merchant portfolios.
• Hands-on knowledge of the eCommerce payments ecosystem, including gateways, hosted and embedded checkouts, EMV 3DS, tokenization, fraud prevention tools, and alternative payment methods.
• Proven track record delivering compliance initiatives to fixed deadlines, including authentication, tokenization, fraud monitoring, and PCI DSS compliance.
• Strong technical and operational capabilities with REST APIs, SQL, and agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Own compliance and mandate delivery by tracking card scheme and regulatory changes, translating requirements into product features, managing timelines, and ensuring PCI DSS compliance for eCommerce acceptance.
• Design seamless compliance solutions for SMBs through the platform and partner integrations while minimizing merchant disruption.
• Drive payment performance and conversion, improving approval rates, reducing false declines and authentication abandonment, and managing fraud and chargeback ratios.
• Analyze payment data and optimize authorization outcomes, using insights to enhance exemption strategies, token management, credential updates, retry logic, and issuer performance.
• Act as the compliance and payments SME, educating stakeholders on scheme changes, advocating for SMB merchant needs, collaborating with global platform teams, and evaluating emerging payment models.
