Standard Chartered Hong Kong is seeking a Product Manager to lead Equity and Virtual Asset products for Retail Banking clients. You will define strategy for Virtual Assets and Securities Trading, align with wealth management goals, and drive KPIs such as revenue, assets under management, and customer growth.

You will partner with Technology and Operations to ensure regulatory compliance and a seamless trading experience for self-directed investors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years in product management with a track record of leading product initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Understanding of risk management, governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Define and execute the product strategy for Virtual Assets and Securities Trading for Retail Banking clients.

Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidates
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s or advanced degree is advantageous.
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, demonstrating a successful history of leading product initiatives.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Comprehensive understanding of risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
