• Experience in a product management or product development role within markets trading or electronic product development.
• Knowledge of Equity / Equity Derivatives trading and related products.
• Ability to market products and collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and management.
• Academic background in CS, Engineering, or related field preferable.
• Strong understanding of electronic sales and trading workflows, including quote distribution, algorithmic execution, and automation.
• Strong programme or project management experience.
• Strong communication and partnership skills.
• Experience working with technology teams.

• Full end-to-end leadership of new business initiatives and technology transformations, with focus on automation.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to elicit requirements, drive prioritization, and coordinate delivery across Sales, Trading, QR, Data, and Technology.
• Manage product governance and facilitate strong project management.
• Partner with technology to prioritise development work and coordinate roadmaps.
• Interact with internal and external clients to address requirements and priorities.
• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders communicating progress.
• Track product adoption targets and maintain user engagement.
