Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong is seeking a senior product leader to define and execute the strategy for Virtual Assets and Securities Trading for self-directed investors, aligning with Wealth Management objectives and delivering competitive investment offerings.

You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle for Equities and Virtual Assets for Retail Banking, collaborate with Technology and Operations to boost platform stability and user experience, and ensure governance and regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (master's preferred).
At least 5 years in product management with leadership of initiatives.
Proficiency in Agile and Scrum; strong governance and regulatory knowledge.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fluency in English, Cantonese, Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Define and execute strategy for Virtual Assets and Securities Trading.
Drive KPIs like revenue, assets under management, and customer growth.
Oversee lifecycle of Equities and Virtual Assets solutions for Retail Banking.
Collaborate with Technology and Operations to improve platform stability and latency.
Communicate market insights to frontline teams and clients.
Ensure governance and regulatory compliance across the program.
