Partner closely with US sales teams and brand buyers to decode client briefs, offer technical guidance on material selection and construction feasibility, and deliver tailored product solutions that secure seasonal line placements.
Global Supply Chain & Factory Synchronization:
Oversee cross-functional merchandising workflows between Hong Kong headquarters, US client leads, and production/R&D hubs in Vietnam and China. Ensure seamless alignment on sample approvals, lab dips, testing compliance, and factory handoffs.
Establish strict milestone schedules for proto-types, salesman samples, and pre-production approvals. Proactively resolve technical, material, or engineering bottlenecks to guarantee 100% on-time sample delivery for US retail buying cycles.
Continuously explore novel materials, sustainable textile alternatives, and advanced manufacturing techniques. Monitor global non-apparel market trends to keep Kings’ product libraries and client presentations at the forefront of the industry.
