Our sourcing and merchandising teams play a critical role in ensuring that every product meets our standards of performance, durability and value.

Role Overview

As a Merchandiser, you will manage the end‑to‑end merchandising and order execution process for your assigned product categories. Acting as a key operational link between suppliers, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Planning, you will ensure timely sampling, accurate order placement, and on‑time delivery to global markets.

This role requires strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, supplier coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously. You will work from our new Sourcing Office in Hong Kong and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams across Europe, the US and Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full order lifecycle from development to shipment, ensuring accuracy and on‑time execution.
  • Maintain and monitor Time & Action (T&A) calendars, ensuring all milestones, from sampling to production to delivery, are met.
  • Coordinate daily with suppliers to track progress, resolve issues and maintain production visibility.
  • Ensure all product specifications, pricing and quality requirements are correctly communicated and executed.
  • Prepare and analyse supplier quotations, ensuring alignment with margin targets and category strategy.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within parameters defined by headquarters.
  • Support cost optimization initiatives through benchmarking, supplier consolidation and value‑engineering opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for factories, ensuring smooth communication and operational alignment.
  • Support supplier evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives across quality, delivery and compliance.
  • Monitor supplier performance and elevate risks or deviations proactively.
4. Product Development Support
  • Collaborate with Product Development teams to support material selection, sampling and technical feasibility.
  • Follow up on sample development, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with product requirements.
  • Provide feedback to suppliers to drive improvements in fit, construction and manufacturability.
5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Quality and Logistics to ensure seamless execution from development to shipment.
  • Support allocation decisions based on supplier capability, capacity, and performance.
  • Provide regular updates on order status, risks and delivery forecasts to internal stakeholders.
  • Track market trends, material developments and cost fluctuations relevant to assigned categories.
  • Identify potential risks in supply continuity and propose mitigation actions.
  • Support category teams with data, insights and operational recommendations.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in Business, Supply Chain, Textiles or related fields.
  • Solid merchandising experience within apparel, footwear, accessories or technical equipment categories.
  • Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes and product construction.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
  • High attention to detail, strong problem‑solving ability and proactive issue escalation.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
  • Willingness to travel within Asia as required.
What We Offer
  • A dynamic, international and fast‑paced working environment.
  • High exposure to global teams and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Competitive compensation package.
