Job summary

Kings Toys Limited, located in Admiralty, Hong Kong, seeks an experienced Product Development and Merchandizing Manager to lead end-to-end product creation, merchandising workflows, and sample execution using AI/3D design tools. You will bridge US client teams with offshore manufacturing hubs in Vietnam and China for seamless execution from concept to bulk handoff.

The role requires 5–8+ years in product development, merchandising, or sourcing, with deep non-apparel product knowledge, BOM/tech

Qualifications

5–8+ years of hands-on experience in product development, merchandising, or technical sourcing.
Deep knowledge of non-apparel product construction and manufacturing feasibility.
Experience coordinating between Western brand buyers/sales teams and Asian manufacturing bases (Vietnam & China).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product development, merchandising workflows, and sample execution.
Oversee BOMs, tech packs, and costing to meet client target prices without compromising quality.
Partner with US sales teams and brand buyers to decode client briefs and deliver tailored product solutions.
Manage cross-functional merchandising workflows between HK headquarters, US client leads, and production/R&D hubs in Vietnam and China.
Establish milestone schedules for prototypes, salesman samples, and pre-production approvals.
Monitor trends in non-apparel markets and explore material innovations and sustainable textiles.
