Job summary

King’s FlairGroup in Hong Kong is seeking a Product Designer to drive the design workflow from concept to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist Design Management in overseeing the full product lifecycle to deliver high-quality household products.

The role requires hands-on design work, cross-team coordination, and staying ahead of industry trends. Proficiency in SolidWorks and graphic tools and fluency in English and Mandarin are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree / Higher Diploma in product design or related discipline.
• At least 2 years working experience in product/industrial design, preferably kitchenware/household.
• Satisfactory sketching skills and idea visualization.
• Proficient in SolidWorks, KeyShot, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/CorelDraw.

Responsibilities

• Execute & Monitor: Manage the full product design lifecycle for new requests and ongoing projects.
• Concept Development: Brainstorm, sketch, and finalize design concepts with Marketing and Design Managers.
• Product Development: Drive workflow across sketching, 2D/3D development, rendering, and prototyping.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and external clients to gather requirements and present designs.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on industry and technology trends to inform product lines.
• Mentorship: Coach junior design team members and share development ideologies.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with product videos, photo editing, booth design, and other team projects.

Job description

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will independently drive the design workflow from concept to completion, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assist Design Management in monitoring the full product lifecycle to deliver high-quality products.

Key responsibilities

Execute & Monitor: Manage the full product design lifecycle for new requests and ongoing projects

Concept Development: Collaborate with Marketing and Design Managers to brainstorm, sketch, and finalize design concepts

Product Development: Drive the workflow across sketching, 2D/3D development, rendering, and prototyping

Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaison with internal teams (Engineering, QA, Marketing) and external clients to gather requirements and present designs

Trend Research: Stay abreast of industry, material, and technology trends to inject fresh ideas into product lines

Qualifications & Requirements

Degree / Higher Diploma in product design and or related discipline

At least 2 years working experience in a product/industrial design related function; preferably within the kitchenware or household industry

Satisfactory sketching skills, capable of idea visualization

Proficient in Solid works

Good handling of Key shot, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & CorelDraw

Responsible, Initiative and good team player

Fluent spoken & written in English and Mandarin

Proactively leverages AI tools to streamline processes, automate routine tasks, and optimize daily workflows
