Job summary

Swing Consulting Limited is seeking a Product Analyst to collect and analyze requirements, align stakeholders, and prioritize the backlog for high-impact delivery. You will oversee UAT and support multi-platform product execution while communicating effectively across Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong foundation in SDLC within a tech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst in a tech environment.
Experience with requirements gathering, agile backlog grooming, and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and cross-platform product execution.
Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and triage.
Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Collect and analyze business and user requirements to define clear feature specifications.
Align cross-functional teams, business units, and technical stakeholders on project goals.
Prioritize and groom the product backlog to ensure the engineering team works on high-impact items.
Oversee User Acceptance Testing and provide support to ensure smooth feature releases.
Support the execution of product strategies across multiple platforms.
