Job summary

Swing Consulting Limited is seeking a Product Analyst to collect and analyze requirements, align stakeholders, and prioritize the backlog for high-impact delivery. You will oversee UAT and support multi-platform product execution while communicating effectively across Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong foundation in SDLC within a tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst in a tech environment.
• Experience with requirements gathering, agile backlog grooming, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and cross-platform product execution.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and triage.
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
