Job summary

Swing Consulting Ltd. is seeking a System Analyst to lead analysis, design and product development for web applications. You will guide feasibility studies, collect requirements, and ensure QA while coordinating IT solutions and vendor efforts.

The role requires 6+ years in development/support, strong ReactJS and Spring Boot skills, and hands-on DevOps experience. Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is preferred; immediate availability is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in application development / support.
• Experience in system development with React JS and Spring Boot, .NET/Swift, PostgreSQL/ MSSQL.
• Experience in large-scale web applications on cloud platforms using NodeJS and ReactJS.
• Knowledge and experience in GitHub Action CI/CD operation, Private/Public Cloud Platforms.
• Experience with Application Server (RedHat Openshift).
• Solid experience in Java (Artifactory and Maven), ReactJS (NPM) deployment tools.
• Experience in Agile development with Scrum.
• Knowledge of WebLogic / OpenShift.
• Knowledge in RESTful API / GitHub and Web Services.
• Good problem solving, QA and leadership skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Technical lead to perform system analysis & design, feasibility studies and product development for Web Applications.
• Provide high level system analysis, problem diagnosis and solving.
• Coordinate, monitor and implement IT solutions in the development of application support.
• Liaise with users to collect, analyze and finalize requirement specifications.
• Ensure quality assurance, define support needs for users and provide expert level support.
• Project and vendor management.
• Supervise team of analysts and programmers and monitor progress through development stages.
• Handle change requests and review standards and guidelines.
