Job summary

Swing Consulting Ltd. seeks a Procurement Specialist in Hong Kong to manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, supplier evaluation, and contract award.

You will support various business units in planning and purchasing while ensuring compliance with internal policies and approvals. The role requires 4+ years in procurement or supplier management, familiarity with procurement systems, and strong communication in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of procurement, vendor management, or supply chain experience.
• Familiarity with procurement systems preferred.
• Experience reviewing procurement contracts and banking/fintech sectors helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities: sourcing, RFQs, tendering, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract award.
• Support business units in procurement planning and purchasing requirements.
• Ensure timely processing of procurement requests with policy compliance.
• Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking.
