Job summary

China Overseas Property Services Limited is seeking an organized procurement professional to support cross-functional teams and ensure procurement processes align with corporate policies. The role emphasizes policy development, supplier coordination, and continuous improvement in procurement practices.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in procurement, strong communication, and attention to detail, with familiarity with ERP systems and RFQ/tendering processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal departments and external suppliers.
• Detail-oriented and responsible, with a strong sense of compliance and solid document management skills.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems is an advantage.
• Familiar with procurement processes, including RFQ and tendering, benchmarking, and negotiation.
